Dave Belastock – President

Inspired by his airline pilot father and uncle, Dave Belastock began his own airline career in 1989 as a B-727 Flight Engineer with the Trump Shuttle, which later merged with US Airways. After nearly 14 years flying the B-727 and A320, and active in ALPA safety, communications, representation and negotiation, Dave was furloughed in 2002 in the wake of September 11. Unwilling to give up on his flying dreams, Dave discovered the opportunities afforded by a career in business aviation. Flying charter for 3 years with Million Air Charter, later Meridian, Teterboro, Dave joined Dassault Falcon Jet as a Demo Pilot in 2006, and advanced to the positions of Assistant Chief Pilot – Technical and later Director – Pilot Technical. Passionate about contributing to the Teterboro Airport operator community, Dave began volunteering with TUG in 2002, first as Secretary/Treasurer and currently as President. In 2019, Dave joined BNTI Corp as a Falcon 8X and 900EXy Captain.

Joe Dickinson – Vice President

Joe Dickinson is a New Jersey native who grew up with a passion for aviation as his father was a WWII Army Air Corps veteran and an airline pilot. Upon graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, he was commissioned in the United States Navy and served as a Navy pilot for over 20 years of active duty service. Predominantly flying P-3 Orion aircraft he deployed all around the world while also serving in various leadership positions. After retiring from active duty service in 2008, Joe began his career in business aviation. He is presently employed by Hess Corporation as an international Captain and Safety Manager. Joe has been a Teterboro User Group board member since 2014 and presently serves as the Vice President.

Lisa Sasse – Treasurer

Lisa Sasse is the Co-Founder of FlightStart Solutions with more than  25 years of diverse experience and in-depth expertise in aviation having held various positions in corporate and commercial aviation including being an experienced flight crewmember, both cabin and cockpit. She is recognized for her distinct attributes as they reinforce quality, safety, service, and dedication. Lisa has extensive experience in all facets of aviation. She has tremendous knowledge of cyberspace security, aviation management, associated aviation businesses, aircraft charter industry and marketing and sales.  She also has vast experience and understanding specialty service areas within the business aircraft industry.  Lisa serves as Chairman of the Flight Safety Foundation’s Business Advisory Committee. In this position she has conceptualized and led the committee’s initiatives bringing to fruition many safety programs the Foundation is now noted for. She has served as Vice Chairperson for the Aviation Directors Roundtable Committee for the last 20 years. She is an Associate Member of the Honorable Company of Air Pilots guild. Her leadership in this role has greatly assisted many business aviation departments within the community to not only become more compliant with industry standards but also to become safer operators. Her executive level experience has resulted in significant industry opportunities and relationships. As a result, she participates in recognized committees that chart future aviation as well as to help govern present aviation safety and security standards. Lisa Sasse’s character is respected universally and she is seen as a true aviation industry professional.

Jim Dramis – Board Member

Jim Dramis has been drawn to planes, trains and automobiles from an early age. He graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering, and then began flight training. After working in the fields of engineering and computer programming for over ten years, he couldn’t resist the calling to pursue aviation full-time. He subsequently attained more advanced pilot ratings, and achieved the positions of Flight Instructor in light aircraft, corporate jet pilot in a Part 135 operation, and Assistant Director of Programs at Flight Safety International. A former Vice President of TUG, Jim has been a Falcon 2000EX EASy pilot for BASF Corporation, the world’s largest chemical company, since 2017.

Carlos Correa – Board Member

Carlos Correa was born In Bogota’ Colombia, grew up in New Jersey and is married with 2 children. With a passion for Aviation since he was nine, he has worked in ramp operations, customer service as well as global flight operations for airlines as well as corporate aviation.  In addition to 11 aircraft type ratings from Citations to B-747s, degrees in Aeronautical Science, Business Administration and an MBA from Embry-Riddle, Carlos is also an NBAA CAM since 2015.  He joined the Board of Directors for the Teterboro Users Group in 2017 and is currently a Demonstration Captain and safety officer with Dassault Falcon Jet on all their current production aircraft based at Teterboro Airport.

Chris DiCara – Board Member

Chris DiCara is a corporate pilot for Hess Corporation. His career has spanned private aviation, charter and airline operations.  Beginning in 1996, Chris joined a small Philadelphia based charter company. He transitioned to airline pilot for United Express, Atlantic Coast Airlines and participated in the company’s transformation to a national carrier, Independence Air, eventually becoming Assistant Chief Pilot. In 2006 Chris joined XOJet Inc. as a pilot for their US aircraft fleet.  While at XOJet Inc., he was involved in various leadership roles touching Safety and Operations and during his tenure held the posts, Director of Safety, Chief Pilot and Director of Operations. Moving into the private flight department arena, Chris joined MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas as a pilot for four of the department’s aircraft fleet types. In 2016 Chris joined Hess Corporation and works with a team of aviation professionals to facilitate worldwide executive transport.
